IMC 2022 International Maritime Conference is a highly informative, engineering focused conference which will provide a unique opportunity for people involved in maritime and naval affairs to discuss the latest maritime developments.

Please review the important registration details and conference entitlements on this page below before proceeding to complete the online Registration Form.

RATES

Please note that the Conference is open to all. All persons planning on attending the Conference, including presenters must register.

For IMC 2022 International Maritime Conference, members of one or more of the three Organiser Institutions (RINA, IMarEST, EA) will receive a 20% member discount on registration to the Conference.

*To qualify for the Student Rate, delegates must be full-time students and be able to provide relevant documentation upon request.

**From Monday 9 May 2022 registrations can only be made onsite at the INDO PACIFIC 2022 Customer Service Desk.

ENTITLEMENTS

Your registration fee entitles you to the following:-

  • IMC 2022 International Maritime Conference sessions
  • All official documentation including Conference proceedings.
  • Attendance at the IMC 2022 International Maritime Conference Welcome Function (please note that this entitlement is not included for Day Registration delegates).
  • Morning tea daily.
  • Lunch daily in the IMC2022 Delegate Dining Facility.
  • Access to the INDO PACIFIC 2022 International Maritime Exposition.
  • Access to networking functions, provided on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the Exhibition Halls as part of the INDO PACIFIC 2022 International Maritime Exposition.

 

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

All cancellations must be notified in writing via email to the Conference Secretariat:-

  • Before 1 April 2022 will receive a full refund of fees payable.
  • After 1 April 2022 receive a 50% refund of fees payable.
  • After 22 April 2022 there will be no refund.


Registration may be transferred to another delegate from the same organisation but the Conference Secretariat must be notified in writing via email. Please note that any transferred member registrations must also provide membership details to the Conference Secretariat at time of notification.

Please Note:

  • The International Convention Centre is a cashless venue. No outlets on site will take cash. All ATMs have also been removed from the venue.
  • COVID entry restrictions may be in force, please refer to the INDO PACIFIC 2022 website for the latest entry requirements.

 

Conditions of Entry

As a condition of entry to the IMC2022 International Maritime Conference and the INDO PACIFIC 2022 International Maritime Exposition you may be photographed, recorded or filmed at the event by official photographers or broadcasters and these images or recordings may be used for official broadcast or promotional purposes by the media and conference organisers.

Delegates should be aware from Tuesday 10 to Thursday 12 May 2022 access control procedures will be in force. Delegates entering the conference and exposition venues will be subject to screening processes (similar to security checks undertaken at airports). Delegates should ensure conference badges are worn at all times when within the conference and exposition venues and must carry Photo/Defence ID at all times for security verification.

TO REGISTER

STEP ONE

  • Click the Register Here button below where you will be directed to the main registration page.
  • As a delegate or presenter to IMC2022, you have two options, please choose whichever is most relevant. For all non-defence personnel please click on the ‘Trade Visitor’ button and for all defence personnel please click on the ‘Defence Personnel’ button.
  • Please note that photo ID is required for registration.
  • Please follow and complete all steps until you reach the Conference Selection page.

 

STEP TWO

  • On the Conference Selection page, you will have the option to select the IMC 2022 International Maritime Conference
  • Please select the registration that you require (Standard, Presenter, Student, Day Only) and complete all steps.
  • All registration types (except the Day Only registration) will include a complimentary Welcome Function ticket. Please follow the prompts if you would like to purchase an additional ticket.
  • Once your registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email to your nominated email address.

 

STEP THREE

NON-DEFENCE PERSONNEL (Trade Visitor)

  • Print at Home badges will be provided for all non-defence personnel IMC2022 International Maritime Conference delegates and presenters and INDO PACIFIC 2022 International Maritime Exposition trade visitors.
  • You will receive your print at home badge and access instructions for the venue via your nominated email approximately one week prior to IMC2022 International Maritime Conference / INDO PACIFIC 2022 International Maritime Exposition.


DEFENCE PERSONNEL

  • Attached to your email will be your QR code e-receipt. Simply print or show this on your smartphone along with your photo ID at our express badge stations at the INDO PACIFIC 2022 registration, ICC Sydney to collect your badge.
  • Official Defence ID is necessary and must be carried with you at all times while attending


ALL IMC2022 DELEGATES AND PRESENTERS

  • If you have purchased an additional Welcome Function ticket, these will be collected onsite from the INDO PACIFIC 2022 International Maritime Exposition Customer Service Desk within the registration area.
  • The ‘Trade Visitor’ badge (non-defence and defence personnel) will be valid for entry to IMC2022 International Maritime Conference sessions and entry to the INDO PACIFIC 2022 International Maritime Exposition from Tuesday 10 to Thursday 12 May 2022 inclusive.
