A number of Exhibition products ranging in price, size and complexity will be available to organisations looking to participate in Indo Pacific 2025 International Maritime Exposition, 4-6 November 2025 at the International Convention Centre Sydney.

Exhibition space is available in these formats:
RAW SPACE (CUSTOM stands)
Raw Space allows the exhibitor to design and build their stand to their own specifications. Power connection, lighting and electrical installations are the responsibility of the exhibitor. Raw space (bare flooring) only is provided. Stand designs must be approved by the Organiser prior to the event.

Shell Scheme Stands
This option provides the exhibitor with a ready-built 9m2 (3m x 3m) shell scheme unit.
It includes partitioned side and back melamine walls, fascia board with the company name facing the aisle as well as standard carpet. Shell Scheme Stands will be equipped with two spotlights and one 10 amp, 240 volt power point. Furnishing of these stands is at the exhibitor's expense.
Shell Scheme Stands will be allocated on the basis of a minimum of one per Exhibitor, and an Exhibitor can apply for more than one Shell Scheme Stand.
On multiple units, the inner partitions will be omitted. On end stands, the outer partition will be fitted only if requested by the Exhibitor.
Approval from the Organiser is required for alteration, addition or customisation to Shell Scheme Stands.

SME SHOWCASE PODS
An SME-focused, small business precinct will be located within the Indo Pacific 2025 exposition.
SME Showcase Pods are available in units of 2.5m x 1.5m (3.75m2).
All SME Showcase Pods include standard colour carpet, back and side walls, counter with lockable cupboard, two stools, brochure stand, lighting, one 10 amp power outlet and a fascia displaying the exhibiting company name.

STATIC DISPLAY
Indoor static display area is ideal for displaying small boats, uncrewed vessels or amphibious craft.
Exhibitors are welcome to display one ‘Pull-up Banner’ (approx. 900mm x 2000mm) alongside their static display item. The ‘Pull-up Banner’ must be provided by the Exhibitor and can display company imagery, description of static display item, location of Exhibition stand etc.
No custom builds, furniture or additional signage items will be allowed alongside the static display item.
