Registration

Please review this important information before registering for Indo-Pacific Sea Power Conference 2023.

Entitlements

Registration for Indo-Pacific Sea Power Conference is free of charge and open to all accredited Indo Pacific 2023 International Maritime Exposition attendees. Your registration includes:

  • All Indo-Pacific Sea Power Conference sessions
  • Access to the Indo Pacific 2023 Exhibition Halls from Tuesday 7 to Thursday 9 November 2023.
  • Access to the Indo Pacific Official Networking Functions held from 1700 - 1800 on Tuesday and Wednesday, and from 1530 – 1630 on Thursday.

Please Note:

  • You do not have access to program sessions of the International Maritime Conference (IMC 2023).
  • Catering is not included in your registration. Refreshments will be available for purchase at cafes conveniently located throughout the venue.
  • The International Convention Centre is a cashless venue.
  • Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

Conditions of Entry

As a condition of entry to the Indo-Pacific Sea Power Conference 2023 and the Indo Pacific 2023 International Maritime Exposition, you may be photographed, recorded or filmed at the event by official photographers or broadcasters and these images or recordings may be used for official broadcast or promotional purposes by the media and conference organisers.

Delegates should be aware from Tuesday 7 to Thursday 9 November 2023, access control procedures will be in force. Delegates entering the conference and exposition venues will be subject to screening processes (similar to security checks undertaken at airports). Delegates should ensure their Visitor Badge is worn at all times when within the conference and exposition venues and must carry Photo/Defence ID at all times for security verification.

How to register

Step 1.

Visit Indo Pacific 2023 Registration

 

Step 2.

Select Trade Visitor or Defence Visitor to begin.

 

Step 3.

Complete your personal details.

 

Step 4.

Select Indo-Pacific Sea Power Conference 2023 and any other conferences or sessions you may wish to attend (note IMC 2023 and AAUS Conference incur a fee).

 

Step 5.

Once your registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email to your nominated email address.
